How accurate is the preview?
Every computer/cellphone monitor displays colors a bit differently so the colors of your actual design may not match perfectly what you view on the screen. The embroidery processes is inherently imperfect, and slight variations from the item inevitably exist.
Can I see a preview of my design before the project is completed?
Yes, we understand the importance of ensuring your satisfaction with the final design. Before we begin the embroidery or printing process, we can provide you with a digital mockup (if possible) or a photo of the garment displaying the design. This will give you an idea of how the final product will look and allow you to request any necessary adjustments.
Please keep in mind that any significant changes to the design may require additional fees, depending on the complexity and scope of the revisions. We strive to communicate any additional costs to you before proceeding with the changes.
Are there any limitations on the types of graphics that can be reproduced with the embroidery process?
Small text, fine details, and color gradients may not always be accurately reproduced in embroidery, particularly on certain types of fabric. While we strive to create designs that closely match your original artwork, the embroidery process has limitations that may affect the final product.
Therefore, we recommend considering the following when creating your artwork:
- Use bold, simple designs with clear lines and shapes.
- Avoid fine details, small text, and color gradients.
- Keep in mind the type of fabric you plan to embroider on, as some fabrics may not hold the embroidery as well as others.
By following these guidelines, you can help ensure that your embroidery design turns out as close to your original vision as possible.
What is logo digitization for embroidery?
Digitization is required to convert your artwork into a format compatible with our embroidery machines, ensuring accurate stitching and quality results. Each design and placement require an individual file, as resizing may affect the final quality.
Our digitization process includes:
1. Converting artwork to a digital embroidery file.
2. Reviewing and adjusting the file for optimal stitching.
3. Test embroidery to meet quality standards.
4. Machine setup for your project's specific requirements.
The digitization fee is a one-time charge per unique design. If multiple designs are required, a separate fee applies for each. Please note that changes or adjustments to the design after digitization may incur additional fees, as they may require modifying or recreating the digital embroidery file.
For orders involving multiple items, we offer a digitization bundle with three commonly used sizes.
Do I need to pay digitization fees?
Custom logo or artwork that needs to be embroidered, it will require digitization, which is the process of converting the design into a format that can be read by an embroidery machine. Digitization typically involves a fee, which will be included in your quote.
However, if your design only includes text using an available font, it may not require digitization, and the associated fee can be waived. Our team will review your design and let you know if digitization is necessary.
If you have any questions about the digitization process or the fees associated with it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
We're here to help ensure that your embroidery design turns out exactly how you want it.

What format and type of images should I provide for Embroidery and DTF (Direct-To-Film print)?
For both embroidery and DTF, we recommend submitting high-resolution images in one of the following file formats:
- Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) for the best results, as they can be scaled without losing quality.
- Raster files (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for clear details.
Please ensure that you have the necessary permissions to use the images you provide, especially if they contain copyrighted material or logos.
Are there any specific requirements for DTF images?
For Direct-To-Film print, please provide images with a transparent background and ensure that the colors in the image match the desired print colors. Additional redesign fees may apply if we need to modify colors, add or edit text, or make other design adjustments.
Can you work with images of any size for embroidery and DTF?
While we can work with various image sizes, it's essential to consider the final size of the embroidery or DTF print when selecting your images. For embroidery, very small or highly detailed designs may need to be simplified for optimal stitching. For DTF, it's crucial to choose images that can be resized without losing quality.
If you're unsure about the suitability of your images for embroidery or DTF, feel free to consult our team for guidance. We're happy to help you choose the best images and designs for your project.
